Please check the following regarding our operations during the New Year holidays.
■ Regarding delivery of ordered items
Our logistics center will be closed on the following days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and ask for your understanding that we will not be able to ship products during these periods.
Closed: December 27th (Sat) - January 8th (Thu)
For orders placed after Friday, December 26th, we will begin shipping your order on Friday, January 9th.
*We expect logistics to be extremely congested from Saturday, December 20th onwards, so please place your order well in advance.
*Please note that delivery may be delayed due to road congestion or other delivery circumstances.
■ Regarding inquiries
We will be closed from December 28th (Sun) to January 4th (Sun).
We will respond to inquiries received during the above period in order starting from Monday, January 5th.
